Chocolate Hazelnut
Crackled Cookies (Sumbitches)
1. Preheat oven to
375°
2. Melt 8 oz of chocolate, set aside
3. Chop remaining 4 oz coarsely, set aside (skip this step if you use mini
chips)
4. Mix flour, baking
powder & salt together
5. Beat together
butter & sugars until light & fluffly
6. Add eggs &
hazelnut flavor, mix well
7. Add melted
chocolate, beat until well blended
8. Beat in flour
mixture slowly
9. Drop dough on
greased baking sheets
10. Bake 10 minutes
or until cookies are just set and slight crackle on top
11. Cool on sheets
for 1 minute
12. Move to wire rack
to finish cooling
