Peanut Butter
Chocolate Chip Cookies
1. Preheat oven to
375°
2. Combine flour
& baking soda
3. Beat butter,
peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar & vanilla extract
4. Beat in egg
5. Gradually beat in
flour mixture
6. Stir in morsels
7. Drop dough by
rounded tablespoon on ungreased baking sheets
8. Press down
slightly with bottom of glass
9. Bake 8-10 minutes
- edges are set, but center in soft
10. Cool on sheet for
about 4 minutes
11. Finish cooling on
cooling racks
