Slow Cooker Meatballs
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground hot italian
sausage
- ½ teaspoon
garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons
salt
- 1 teaspoon
black pepper
- ¼ cup
parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup whole
milk
- ½ cup
chopped parsely
- 1 cup bread
crumbs
- Tomato sauce
(Rao’s tomato basil is good, or Tuttoroso)
1. Combine all
ingredients except sauce
2. Roll into golf
sized balls and place in slow cooker
3. Cover with tomato
sauce
4. Cook on high 2 -
2.5 hours
