Chicken Soup
Ingredients:

One white onion
·
a chicken of somewhat indeterminate
size.
·
Not kale, what's that thing? Escarole.
It looks like this:
·
Chicken broth – the one that’s bigger than
a can of regular soup. Get two, you’ll use them for something.
·
celery
·
carrots - baby
·
noodles: this bitch right here.
1. Boil
Chicken in broth & water (cover chicken) for 1-1 ˝ hours
2. Take chicken out and allow to cool
3. Add celery, onion, carrots, bouillon, salt, pepper and italian seasoning
4. Once cool, break up chicken and add to pot
5. Bring to a boil
6. Add 1 cup of pasta, add the escarole now too.
7. Shut the pan off
8. Allow pasta to cook then enjoy.
