Cheesecake

• Just cake, no crust

• 2 cups cream cheese - room temperature
• 2 large eggs
• ⅔ cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Preheat oven to 350°

2. Mix together cream cheese and sugar until smooth

3. Mix in eggs & vanilla, mix until smooth

4. Set pie pan on cookie sheet

5. Pour filling into crust

6. Bake for 30 minutes

*Will not look set in center when it is done, edges will be firm, middle will be jiggly.

*After cooling, refrigerate until serving
